Welcome to Divine Wellness. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of divinewellnessshop.com and any purchase you make from us, whether online or at our retail location at 95 E Palmetto St, Winter Garden, FL.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Divine Wellness is operated by Journey2Wellness, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Divine Wellness. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Journey2Wellness, Inc. “You” refers to you, the site visitor or customer.
We sell wellness supplements, CBD products, gemstones and crystals, gift items, and subscription boxes. We also offer massage and spa services at our Winter Garden location.
Product descriptions. We work hard to describe our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and properties. Natural products vary. Gemstones and crystals are formed by the earth, not a factory—variations in color, size, shape, and inclusions are inherent to the material and are not defects. Photos are representative, not exact.
Availability. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our supplements, CBD products, essential oils, gemstones, and other wellness items have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Information on this site—including blog posts, product descriptions, and educational content—is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
Gemstones, crystals, and energy work are offered as complementary wellness tools. They are not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.
CBD products sold by Divine Wellness are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with federal law and Florida statute.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase CBD products from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
CBD products may cause a positive result on a drug test. If you are subject to workplace drug testing, use these products at your own discretion.
We do not ship CBD products to any state or jurisdiction where their sale or possession is prohibited. It is your responsibility to know the laws where you live.
Massage and spa appointments are scheduled through our booking system. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened session so we can stay on schedule for the next guest.
Cancellations. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings.
Health intake. You’ll be asked to complete a health intake form before your first service. Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications. Massage may not be appropriate for certain conditions, and our therapists may decline or modify a service for your safety.
Professional conduct. Our therapists are licensed professionals. Divine Wellness has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, requests, or language. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge for the appointment, and a permanent ban from our services.
Our subscription programs, including the Rock Box, renew automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Billing. Your payment method is charged automatically on your renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle—we can’t refund a subscription box that’s already been billed or shipped.
Contents. Subscription box contents are curated by us and vary month to month. We don’t accept requests for specific items and can’t guarantee any particular product will be included.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Don’t use our site to do anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive. Specifically, don’t:
Everything on this site—text, graphics, logos, photography, product descriptions, page design, and the Divine Wellness name and branding—is owned by Journey2Wellness, Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
If you post a review, comment, photo, or other content on our site or social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You’re responsible for what you post. Don’t submit anything false, defamatory, infringing, or offensive. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
Our site may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Journey2Wellness, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Journey2Wellness, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of our products or services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our site or products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
