Health Information

If you receive spa or massage services, we collect health intake information—conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, and treatment preferences.

We treat this information as confidential. It’s used only to deliver your service safely and to inform future sessions. It is never used for marketing, never shared with advertising platforms, and never sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers who help us operate. Payment processors, shipping carriers, our e-commerce platform, email marketing platform, booking software, and analytics tools. These providers may access only the information needed to perform their function, and they’re contractually obligated to protect it and use it only on our behalf.

Advertising platforms. We may share hashed, de-identified identifiers (like an encrypted email) with advertising platforms to show you relevant ads or build lookalike audiences. This isn’t a sale of your data—it’s a matching process that lets us advertise more efficiently. See the Cookies section below for how to opt out.

Legal requirements. If required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid government request, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, property, or that of others.

Business transfer. If Journey2Wellness, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. We’d notify you of any such change.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our site.

Essential cookies keep your cart working, remember your login, and enable checkout. The site doesn’t function without them.

Analytics cookies help us understand how people find and use our site—which pages get traffic, where visitors come from, where they drop off. We use this to improve the experience.

Advertising and tracking cookies. We use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. These let us and our advertising partners show you Divine Wellness ads on other websites and social platforms, measure ad performance, and reach people with similar interests. This may include tools like Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, and similar technologies.

Your choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the site. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
  • Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
  • Your Ad Choices: youradchoices.com
  • Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com

Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Email Marketing

If you opt in to our emails, we’ll send you product news, promotions, wellness content, and shop updates.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out anytime, and we’ll honor it promptly.

Transactional emails—order confirmations, shipping notices, subscription renewals, appointment reminders—aren’t marketing and will continue as long as you’re an active customer or subscriber.

Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you order updates or appointment reminders by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Data Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations:

  • Order and transaction records: at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Account information: as long as your account is active
  • Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe
  • Health intake forms: retained per Florida requirements for massage and bodywork records
  • Analytics data: typically retained in aggregated form

You can request deletion of your information—see Your Rights below.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on our site, PCI-compliant payment processing, restricted internal access, and secure storage of physical records.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, you may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information
  • Delete your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
  • Opt out of marketing emails and texts
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We’ll verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Florida residents: Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We don’t sell personal data. To exercise these rights or appeal a denied request, contact us below.

California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have similar rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don’t sell personal information. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children’s Privacy

Our site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. CBD products require purchasers to be 21 or older. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Third-Party Sites

Our site may link to other websites. This policy covers only Divine Wellness. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to—review their policies before sharing information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest revision. For significant changes, we’ll provide additional notice by email or a site banner.
