Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Our standard processing time is between 1-3 business days. Although we aim for speed and efficiency, we can't guarantee exact delivery times.
USPS as Our Preferred Carrier:
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). While we strive for efficiency, please note that USPS shipping times are out of our control. For more information on USPS policies and practices, please visit USPS.com.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping:
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or during national postal holidays, in line with USPS operation hours.
Shipping Liability:
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, ownership transfers to you, the buyer. We are not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit.
Carrier Responsibility:
For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly. We facilitate the transaction but can't manage individual shipping problems.
Order Status:
If your tracking status reads "Acceptance Pending" or "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item," rest assured your order is in process. If the status hasn't changed after 15 days, we will discuss the possibility of sending a replacement.
Undelivered Packages:
If the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please consult directly with the carrier for resolution. We cannot verify delivery nor assume responsibility for stolen items.

Restricted States:
Due to current regulations, we do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.
Return & Refund Policy
No Refunds:
All sales are final. We don't issue refunds for orders in transit, even if they're delayed.
Conditional Refunds:
However, we understand that exceptions may occur. If you find an issue with your order, such as receiving a defective product, please report it to us within 72 hours of delivery for a review.
Return Procedure:
1. Contact us via email at info@divinewellnessemail.com to initiate the return process.
2. After review, if your return is approved, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Include a copy of the shipping receipt, and we'll reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
3. The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
High-Value Returns:
For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
